Open wrestling mats at Patterson Mill HS for ages 8-18 to get introduced to the sport of wrestling or fine tune the skills you already have. Any and all experience is welcome.
Open mats is a time where wrestling coaches will be there to help guide learning, drills, and live wrestling.
Open mats will start Wednesday Sept 11th from 6-7:30pm in the wrestling room at Patterson Mill.
