Emmorton Recreation Council, Inc. is proud to represent the needs and interests of the Emmorton Community by providing recreation and creative activities for the children and adults in our community. We believe our first responsibility is to improve public welfare by offering the best recreational programs in a safe, enjoyable and fun atmosphere for everyone.
Emmorton Rec Council is one of the largest rec councils in Harford County, Maryland.
We offer over 20 recreation & creative programs throughout the year.
Over 2,000 adults and children register annually.
We rely on our volunteer community to make each program successful.
